Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Teck Resources Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for passionate and hardworking individuals who possess strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Provide product information, pricing, and order status to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively - Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant certification preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
