Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic planning abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
