Remote Customer Care Representative

As a Remote Customer Care Representative at HD Supply Holdings in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 7. Meeting and exceeding customer care metrics and goals set by the company. 8. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. 3. Independent and motivated personality traits to work effectively in a remote environment. 4. Presentation skills to effectively communicate product information to customers. 5. Cooperation skills to collaborate with team members and resolve customer issues. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
