Job Description:
FreshBooks is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident and hardworking with strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Confidence and a positive attitude when dealing with customers
