Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team at Praxair in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, with 3 years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be driven, creative, and have a strategic mindset to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently - Providing information about products and services to customers - Processing orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Contributing to the overall success of the customer care department

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be driven, energetic, creative, and have a strategic mindset
