Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


GHD Canada Holdings, a leading engineering consultancy company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and provides a flexible schedule for the right candidate.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and tracking shipments. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. 3. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
