Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative with Office Depot. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level role, candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Meet or exceed performance metrics including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates
