Job Description:
O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative working from home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone who possesses the personality traits of resilience and independence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work part-time hours and will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities: - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services - Utilize innovative strategies to improve customer relationships and drive sales - Negotiate solutions with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and handle customer inquiries with confidence - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection - The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
