Job description:
Nutrien is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level employee, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and concerns - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Leadership qualities to guide and inspire colleagues - Reliable and hardworking attitude
