Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Care Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing excellent service - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve processes - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to work independently - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience in a customer service role is preferred
