Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Nutrien is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and answer questions - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently from a home office environment - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs - Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services - High school diploma or equivalent - No experience required, training will be provided
