Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


First American Financial is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate department or supervisor - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience and service delivery - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and objectives


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Analytical mindset and ability to analyze customer needs and preferences - Proficiency in people management and interpersonal skills
