Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

The BC Public Service is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
