Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be driven and hardworking individual with exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving issues - Handle customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures - Adhere to JetBlue Airways' customer service standards and guidelines


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Driven and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
