Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Lincoln National in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, possess excellent research and planning skills, and have a passion for providing top-notch customer care.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent research and planning skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or GED equivalent
