Job Description:
Avis Budget Group is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily. 7. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Hardworking and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
