Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Las Vegas Sands is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Educate customers on products and services offered by Las Vegas Sands - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve customer satisfaction by implementing feedback and suggestions

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Proficient in using customer service software and systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
