Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Travelers Cos. is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, CA.

As a Customer Care Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements, making changes to existing reservations, and providing travel recommendations - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

To excel in this role, you must possess the following requirements:

- Strong communication skills - Excellent time management and project management abilities - Ability to work independently and autonomously - High attention to detail - Basic computer skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
