Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, and possess strong research and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in planning and executing customer events and promotions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
