Job Description:
Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Assist customers with product information and recommendations - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service experience - Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well
