Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Aramark in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting the overall operations of our organization. This is an entry level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance - Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and efficiently - Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately - Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient workflow - Support other departments as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using basic computer programs and technology - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work part-time hours in Montreal, Quebec
