Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Goldman Sachs Group in Vancouver, British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and resourceful. As an Associate level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup and troubleshooting - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic personality with a strong sense of resourcefulness - Excellent people management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace - Innovative mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement new ideas - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
