Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Service Assistant at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that all inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
