Job Description:
NGL Energy Partners is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support sales initiatives. 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. 7. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Resourceful and driven to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. 6. Ability to conduct research and gather relevant information to support customer inquiries. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus.
