Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers - Respond to inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist with order processing, shipping, and tracking - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
