Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with no prior experience, as we are committed to providing on-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Solve customer problems and find solutions to promote customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist customers - Assist in other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Must be motivated and confident in communicating with customers - Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage people effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
