Job Description:
Discovery Communications is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a reliable and resourceful individual who excels in negotiation and decision-making.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle billing and payment processing accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in identifying opportunities for improving customer service processes. 7. Stay updated on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong negotiation skills and ability to make decisions independently. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
