Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

AIG is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate level role with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, policy inquiries, and claims processing. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Provide support to the sales team by processing orders and handling customer requests. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in training new customer service representatives. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements. 8. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide, fostering a global village mentality.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Leadership skills to guide and support team members. 5. Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7.
