Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: Dover, a dynamic and innovative company based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Assist with inventory management and restocking products - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service - Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed
