Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Irving Oil is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high-quality standards of service. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team effectively. 5. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
