Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, cooperative, and possess strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
