Remote Customer Service Assistant

PVH is seeking a qualified and experienced Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions via phone, email, and live chat - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - Driven and reliable personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
