Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Role and Responsibilities: - Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries, orders, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders accurately and efficiently using the company's systems - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize strategic planning and research skills to anticipate and address customer needs - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives - Work from home to provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4 years of customer service experience - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly - Strategic planning and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Available to work part-time hours from home - Fluent in English and French
