Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Scotiabank is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for a dedicated individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Processing customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and adaptable to changing work demands - Critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
