Job Description:
Southern is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and be a hardworking individual, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and teamwork.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone and email - Providing support to customers with product information, orders, and returns - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning and teamwork
