Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are independent, adaptable, persuasive, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance with order placement, product inquiries, and general customer service issues - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Excellent problem-solving skills - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required - Comfortable using various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Must be adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced work environment - High school diploma or equivalent
