Job Description:
League is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions - Team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
