Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers, both in person and over the phone. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 6. Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and persuasion skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Customer service experience is preferred but not required. 5. Ability to work well in a team and independently. 6. Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service. 7. Reliable and punctual. 8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
