Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and reliable. Additionally, soft skills such as problem-solving and creativity are required for this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Assist with check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and other front desk duties - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for guests - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the guest's stay

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
