Job Description:
Citigroup is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Service Associate at Citigroup, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their concerns and provide solutions - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Handle escalations with grace and professionalism - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized service - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer issues - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Must be adaptable to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
