Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

PPL is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Research and troubleshoot customer problems to provide effective solutions - Use persuasion and negotiation skills to retain customers and promote additional products or services - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills to effectively solve customer problems - Persuasion skills to retain customers and upsell products - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
