Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Cameron International is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, have great cooperation skills, and possess a creative mindset.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction 3. Process customer orders and handle returns or exchanges as needed 4. Collaborate with other team members to problem solve and improve processes 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software 6. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
