Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, be dedicated, reliable, and possess strong teamwork and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Meet performance targets and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Dedication and reliability in meeting work commitments - Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team - Persuasion skills to influence positive outcomes in customer interactions
