Job Description:

Yum Brands is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and start their career with a globally recognized company.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive dining experience - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist in various tasks as needed to support the overall success of the restaurant

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking skills to effectively solve customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Leadership qualities to take charge when necessary - Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed - No previous experience required, training will be provided
