Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

WESCO International is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Associate - Work from home in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and response time goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous experience in customer service is a plus
