Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at NAV Canada in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Analyze customer feedback and data to make informed decisions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Monitor and report on key performance indicators


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong project management and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software is a plus
