Job Description:
PayPal Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Reliable and motivated team player - Strong time management and critical thinking skills
