Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Fidelity National Financial in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Handle escalated customer service issues and provide timely and effective resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellent customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve customer service goals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Independent problem-solving and planning skills - Experience with CRM software and reporting tools - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptable and able to work under pressure
