Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


PBF Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service roles. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives - Monitor customer service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
