Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Chesapeake Energy is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and mentor customer service representatives. 3. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance. 4. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends. 7. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Manage customer service operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 9. Oversee customer service budget and resources. 10. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to drive customer loyalty.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing). 2. Proven experience in customer service management. 3. Strong analytical and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
